hello.
I stopped using a bank account that has my direct debit at present and now it’s empty.
Please would you help me change bank details?
I have looked at other forum posts and there does not seem to be a “Mange my Direct Debit” button on the Billing page.
I also tried the “Change your billing method” but that is just email vs post.
Note that I do not have access to the app either as my present phone is not a smartphone.
