Change my contact number.

I have just started a monthly SIM only contract. The SIM will solely be used for a motorhome WiFi router. I.e incoming calls won't be received.  Can I change my account contact number to my mobile number should ID Mobile need to call me? If so, how do I do it?

Hey @thevines,

We send texts to the connected number for notifications.

But you can also register for an account online to view bills and manage the account.

Just put the SIM in a phone first to register and keep a note of your log-ins.

You can update the contact number via the account also.

Any emails are sent to the contact email and any letters will always be issued to the billing address so it’s important to keep these 2 up to date.

Sadly we can’t send the texts to different number as they are sent to the iD number only.

Texts include:

  • Bill ready
  • Payment due
  • Payment reminders
  • Bars applied
  • RPI/CPI 
  • General updates
  • 80% and 100% of usage allowance texts
