Change my ID Mobile Username

Hi - Please can anyone tell me how I can change my ID Mobile Username I had to use my work email but I have now left that company so want to make sure I can still access my account online and via app.

Hi @Sit1975, thanks for getting in touch. Once the username has been set, it’s not possible to change it, unfortunately. Luckily, it’s just a username and so you don’t actually need access to the email address in order to log in.

You can add a second email to your account and set this as the primary address for all correspondence, so you’ll still receive communications from us. The Live Chat team will be able to help with this.
