Change of ID plan

I've had an id mobile plan with phone that I got at Carphone Warehouse just over two years ago. I have just taken out a new phone plan through Mobiles.co.uk but I'm staying with id on another tariff. What do I need to do to keep my number on a new phone, new tariff and new supplier? Any suggestions please? Thank you

Okay @Sean Cogley, you’ll need to port the iD mobile number you want to keep to another mobile service provider, using a PAC.

Once the port from iD to your new provider has been completed, you’ll need to port the number you want to keep back to the iD account you plan to use going forward.

Good luck @Sean Cogley because iD Mobile appear to be having numerous issues/problems with their online systems today.
