Change phone number

Hey

I’ve come from vodafone and have a pac code and just want to keep my number.

I’ve tried to do this on your online forms which are not working, I’ve also tried to automated phone line and gone in circles for a bit.

As a new customer I’m annoyed that it’s this difficult to get assisted by a human.

Can somebody help me out with this please?

Ciaran

Hi @bobbles21uk

We are sorry to hear this. Was it the form below you tried using in order to process the PAC:

Hello @bobbles21uk,

Can you try going to: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount to register for an iD account. (If you've already registered, you can skip this step).
To register you'll need to put the iD SIM in the phone, enter your last name, date of birth and the iD number currently active (not the one you want to keep). A text with a security code is sent to the SIM, then once you receive it, enter it in the registration and setup a password.

Now log-into the iD app/account
Click " My Services "
Click "Keep your number"

Enter the PAC code and number to keep
Click Submit.

Let us know how you get on.

Mohammed

HI Mohammed,

Followed those instructions it says

You entered a wrong PAC code or mobile number. Please check and try again.

I have checked it is the right number and PAC code. PAC code is still active.
