changing my contract

Hello

firstly I would like to air my frustration with this service- the chat function does not work and you can not get hold of a human for advice- the worst customer service ever!

 

I have a contract that is due to end on the 10th April. 
I want to keep the sim ‘alive’ but do not need a new phone or much data/ mins 

I would like the absolute cheapest sim only deal. 
 

please could you advise me on what I need to do.

If you are wanting to keep the same number, we would advise doing a ‘Plan Change’ through your iD account/app. We are sorry to hear you were unable to get through to anyone in the Live Chat team. I have just tested the Live Chat app and can confirm I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
