I recently got a new iPhone. I want to change my number on the new phone to my old number however both phones are/were on a id mobile contract. How do i get my old number onto my new phone?

Hi @Alex Fitzpatrick 

 

Porting a number from iD Mobile to iD Mobile wouldn’t be possible unfortunately, you would need to perform an upgrade to keep the same account and number.

 

If you’ve purchased a new iD Mobile plan and want to keep a number from an old iD Mobile plan you would need to move the number to another network and then to the new plan via PAC codes.
