Changing plan and unable to contact ID mobile.

I want to change my plan but I want to stay on a rolling monthly plan as I don’t like being trapped in contracts. On the page where my new plan is, there is nowhere to confirm that this isn’t a contract. I called ID mobile but the message said I had to go to the online chat but the live chat URL was rejected. I’ve no option but to go on the forum. This kind of thing makes me want to switch providers and if I can’t get any response then that’s what I’ll have to do. Can anyone help me?
