Changing plan - how choose plans other than two suggested

Hi,

I’m trying to change my plan now that my contract is ending, but am only given two inappropriate options within my account.

With it seemingly impossible to get through to customers services, how do you change to one of the other standard plans?

Probably best telephoning the sales team on 020 7139 1397. Tell them what plan your interested in and they will either say yes or no.

Are you eligible for a cheaper plan change?

If you are still in a handset contract you’ll see better deals once you have passed the minimum term.

Thanks for your replies. I have decided it is going to be less hassle to just move to another provider.
