Hi, I am switching to ID mobile and bringing my number from my old provider. I have set the date to 3/11/23 by mistake can I change this date or will my contract be live from the date I get my sim and it’s just the number transfer that happens on 3/11/23?

Hey @Cuttsy, your iD contract begins the day that iD dispatch your iD SIM card.

If you’d like to change the date of your number transfer, you’ll need to speak to iD Mobile using their online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The agents work until 6pm at weekends (8pm on weekdays).
