I have gone to use my phone this morning and it is telling me that each call will cost 30p per minute

bill was paid on 4th July when due

Hi all, we’re aware of this issue and our Support Team has rolled out a fix earlier this morning. Everything should be back to normal now, though you may need to restart your phone.

I am also having the same problem, turned phone off many times, an still having the problem.

Turned on/off and still saying 30p/min

I’ve turned my phone off and once restarted it seems to be okay 👍

I can't even ring anyone at ID mobile with out being charged.  Anyone have a number. Can't ring carphone warehouse, curry's were I bought my phone without being charged.  Any8ne heard if its a technical issue

Me too! Hopefully they get it sorted ASAP. If they have broken their end of a contract I’m sure we are eligible to do the same!
