charge to my bank account

I have been charged £35:99 to my bank account and I have never signed up for this service so I woukd like to know why and would like a full refund

Unfortunately, sounds like fraud @Paul Wylie.

iD advise the following: 

Tell your bank too - they should refund the direct debit if fraudulent.

Please also report this to your bank directly and let us know if you have any other notifications about an iD Mobile account. (Typically a letter or notification via your credit score provider)
