Charged extra £15 despite having 2gb left in data allowance

Hi,

Please can someone respond from iD mobile, your customer service is terrible and I cannot reach anyone at your company.  Not all issues can be resolved through your app so it needs to be drastically improved.

I currently have a £10 plan where I receive 8gb data, this month I have displayed that I have 11gb and have used only 9gb, nevertheless I have been cut off and you have added £15 of additional charges to my bill for data despite me not exceeding my allowance.

 

Someone from iD respond as I am thinking about leaving due to this.

Do you mean data has now been cut off so you can’t use any more?

What does the app show on remaining allowances?

Or do you mean your services have been suspended?

Suspensions are applied for missed/overdue payments and this impacts all outgoing services (bar emergency calls and calls to the network).

We do send a text when 80% of data usage has been reached followed by another when you’ve reached your full allowance.

 

Can you advise further? We’ll PM you if needed.
