I have attempted several times to contact iD customer care using their Live Chat service but failed.
The live chat button never appears on the id mobile website.
Is there a contact number for ID mobile ?

Whenever Live Chat doesn’t work it’s worth trying:
Alternatively, reach-out for support through iD Mobile’s social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter), and send iD a private message.
I used an incognito / private window in my web browser and the chat button appeared.
