Hello there,
I am contacting you regarding the transfer of my number from Three to ID Mobile.
Was it taken into consideration?
I will put the sim on 14/02 and want to make sure it’s all set up correctly.

Hey @manonrichard, this forum isn’t a good place to get answers for anything time critical. 

To check if your switch is scheduled for 14th Feb, I’d suggest using the iD online Live Chat to speak to an advisor, or send a private message to iD support on social media.

You should receive a text to confirm your port is going ahead, have you received a text?

 

If not, have you tried using the port form?
