When I signed up in September the deal was to be able to claim casback on certain months.
It says on the instructions to go to my account and select the cashback option.
I cant find any cashback option in my account so could you please check and provide more information.

I don't believe we've offered a claimable cashback program at any stage, it sounds like you may have purchased via a third party such as Mobiles.co.uk, you may need to get in touch with them about your cashback.

Hi It was a ID mobile add that i purchased from but I have just gone back through the emails.
Although it looked like i was ordering from ID mobile the sim card as you say came from mobiles.co.uk.
The prob;em is now sorted, just wish you phone companies would stop using confusing adverts.
