connection keeps failing

My phone connection has got really bad over the last month. It keeps cutting out when the signal looks good, when I am at home or areas where there is full reception. I can hear the person I’m talking to but they can’t hear me. I’ve checked for updates and connection and no issue there. Sometimes the connection starts OK and then fails after a minute or two. Really frustrating and don’t know how to sort it?!!

Perhaps there’s network congestion or faults in your area @Neo33, or your SIM card has developed a fault, or the handset has a fault.

The latter two might be the case if the issue is happening everywhere you’re using your iD SIM card.

Is this issue happening everywhere or just in certain areas?

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in another handset?
