Can any body help please? I'm nearly 70 and not too tech aware on mobiles,I have a new flat with AB10 6QJ postcode,but my Samsung Galaxy S8+ wont connect to incoming calls or mobile data in my flat while even my partners ancient Nokia 3330 on Virgin ,and my mothers Alcatel clam phone on 02 both connect easily,is this a network connectivity? Or is it likely a phone issue? I've tried checking flight mode is off and it is, and tried rebooting the Samsung ,any other solutions?
