Contract about to end, only being offered the "Unlimited" plan

My contract ends on the 1st Dec. I’d like to change to a SIM only deal but when I click on “Change my plan”, under “Choose a new plan from the list below” I’m only offered one plan:

 

Data: Unlimited Data

Texts: Unlimited Texts

Minutes: Unlimited Min

Monthly cost: £29.99

 

I’d prefer to switch to a SIM only plan, probably the £7 one for 20Gb. Why can’t I choose the plan I want?

You might find the plan you want under upgrade instead of change @customer12345.

Otherwise, perhaps discuss your upgrade options with the iD telephone sales team.
