I took the contract on for the phone and just used my vodafone sim in the phone - i do not know the ID mobile number - nor do i have any of the packaging to tell me it. I didn't receive the email either. With the shops being shut and all your help portals requiring the telephone number of the ID mobile acct im completely at a loss, i would like to get the number so i can access the portals for account management purposes.
