My contract has ended yesterday, I have started a new contract with idmobile as the but bought the phone from Mobile.co.uk How do I proceed with keeping my old number if I haven’t changed network?

You’ll need to do what is sometimes called a triangle port
- Purchase a cheap PAYG plan with another provider.
- Use a PAC to transfer iD number you want to keep to the cheap PAYG plan.
- Wait a few days to make sure number works with the cheap PAYG plan.
- Get another PAC and transfer the number you want to keep, over to the new ID contract, obtained via “mobiles.co.uk”.

You would need to follow the steps that
Unfortunately we are unable to process internal number ports.
Alternatively you can look at returning the new contract and upgrading instead.
