Hi I'm after some advice if anyone can help. My contract ended in November 2022 but I have still been charged so I canceled my direct debit. I have tried to contact ID mobile loads of times but I can't seem to get an answer. I have now received a letter through the post saying that I still owe them money and I have 7 days to pay. I'm pretty sure that they owe me money though. Does anyone know how I can speak to someone to get this sorted? Thanks

Your communication options are to get in-touch using their online live chat service, or contact iD privately by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.
The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
