Contract fraudently taken out in my name - proven and need to remove from credit file

A fraudulent contract was taken out in my name, whilst I was out of the country and registered to the address I sold and no post was forwarded. This resulted in it going to debt collectors, I have spoken to them and given proof, plus action fraud. The agency has advised me that they are no longer dealing with the case and it’s gone back to you. How do I get in contact to have this removed from my credit report?
