Sorry to hear about this @annie54. It sounds like you might’ve been the victim of identify theft, and somebody opened an iD Mobile account fraudulently in your name.

I’d suggest getting assistance from iD Mobile’s social media customer support team privately on facebook (using Facebook Messenger), or send them a DM (direct message) on Twitter.

If you’ve not done so already, it’s a good idea to report any fraud to Action Fraud online:
