damaged handset

My handset is broke beyond repair, signal is a nightmare and I've only been in the contract for a few months. Customer service is on its arse, any chance someone can message me and give me options on getting a new handset before I cancel please. Ive been trying to live chat but it's not working properly.

Define broke and beyond repair? Have you returned it for a warranty repair and been told that it's beyond repair and if so what is/was the fault?

Hi, 

It's in pieces, I've managed to get the sim and use it in a different phone but was wondering how much I would have to pay to get a new handset. I'm not due for an upgrade because it's so early into my contract.

I've not tried to return it yet and don't think I will get a replacement because someone did it on purpose. The phone was fine before so not sure what to do ?

Hello @RW87,

We don’t support early upgrades by paying a fee and we wouldn’t replace a handset if it was broken or physically damaged.

If you had taken out insurance, then you can make a claim for this.

Otherwise, your only option is purchasing a new phone SIM free.
