I upgraded my plan (rolling monthly, same SIM) and while the new plan (and new charge) is showing in the idmobile app, the data allowance has not updated. Why is this?

You should receive the full allowances from the date that your allowances refresh.
The allowances currently should be the total allowances from your old plan, plus the pro-rated total from your new plan.
If you allowances don’t refresh to the new allowances on your plan refresh date, please let us know.
