I didn't mean to change my billing date because I hade no data left I would like to start my next moth roll over and my billing data back to 30th of ever month and to get some data on my fone my next monthly allowances come in 16 days .

Once the billing date is changed, it can’t be reversed and you would need to change the date again if you are able to do so.
Your data rollover should begin from the following month as you won’t roll over any data in the first month.
