I have an issue, iD mobile claims that I have unlimited data and calls/texts but it doesn't let me make calls or texts or use my data saying that I need to pay more money yet I am still paying for my bundles every month. I decided to wait until my bundle renewed and it is currently full but it's still not letting me use my data saying I need to sign into the network but redirecting me to an error page, I have filed an official complaint over a month ago and was told I would hear back from them within 5 days but have heard nothing. This is unacceptable. Please fix this as I am paying £15 a month and am not even able to use anything that you claim to be providing me. Thanks, Max

Are you on a PAYG contract or a SIM only contract?

If a SIM only contract, it could be due to a bar being left on the account, however, if you already raised a complaint then it should have been lifted at the time of the complaint so unlikely it’s this.

If it’s a PAYG SIM it’s possibly an issue with the bundle.

Are you on a Pay As You Go plan?

 

Do you have any signal while using our SIM card?

 

Is it just calls or texts and data you’re unable to use?
