I've recently travelled to Amsterdam, and Cyprus, both in the 'roam like at home' areas, and have been charged for data even though I still have data to use in my allowance. What's going on? How to I get this refunded?

Hi @Cara Graham, how much is your monthly plan and how much data did you use? When Roaming, you’re subject to our fair usage policy, meaning you won’t be able to use your full data allowance; only a percentage of it.
