Data Never Working New User

Hi I swapped my 2 children over from Sky as it had better data but whenever they try and use it it never works. It needs to be reliable as they are going away soon. Any idea why? My husbands seems fine. Both kids have iphones?

 

I’m currently on a 12 month contract but I’ll be getting out of that if it doesn’t start working.

Is your husband also on iD Mobile?

If so it may be a SIM issue but it may be unlikely that 2 SIM’s are faulty.

I would advise checking the coverage using the link below if your husband is on a different network.

Hi, yes my husband is with you too, I changed 3 Sims over and 2 of them with iphones have issues, my husband hasn’t had any issues. I checked coverage before moving. I’ve put it into flight mode turned off etc today so I’m hoping one of them will now work and if so will do the same with the other one, if not I’ll be back in touch because it’s no good to me if data doesn’t work anywhere
