data not working in canada

I recently flew to Canada for a holiday and my data is just not working. I have tried everything i can think of as well as everything that is suggested on the ID website, does anyone have any ideas?

In order to roam with iD @Arlo Townsend, three things need setting up beforehand:

  1. Enable data roaming on your handset.
  2. Turn roaming ON in your iD account online.
  3. Make sure the bill cap for your iD account is big enough to cover the roaming charges you’ll incur.
