Data Roaming in Lanzarote

I'm currently in the canary Islands, Lanzarote and my data roaming has not worked for the last 3 days. I have checked roaming is enable on my phone and in the app and its all good. I have also downloaded the correct apn again. I have turned my phone off and restarted it multiple times. Is there anyway to fix this? as I am currently paying £50 for a phone that is useless abroad. I think phone calls work sometimes but not always and I do have good connection at these times.

Can you confirm which network you are connected to?

You’ll need to manually connect to Yoigo or Movistar.

If you have issues still, please let us know and we can check what’s going on.
