Data Speeds extremely slow

I've been with ID for roughly a year now and I've had no issues, I noticed a few days ago my data speeds have gotten terrible in certain spots I've went from over 100Mb/s to now less than 2 and often where I would've gotten it I get nothing at all. Is this something that ID is aware of and working on?
