data suddenly stopped working

my mobile data has suddenly stopped working for some reason. have not had this issue before, and I have an unlimited plan so it's not from using up an allowance. tried resetting my phone and switching airplane mode on and off but nothings worked so far.

@Fraser Hall just checking if you are still having the issue? Are your bills up to date? Have you tested the SIM in a different handset?

@LoukasJones, It sounds like a new SIM has been sent out to you and your old one has been deactivated or you need to use the new SIM that came with the upgrade. If it’s neither of these you may require a replacement SIM card.

I upgraded my phone recently and all of a sudden I have no service on my phone
