data usage used up without data being on any more than usual

Hi my data has been used up , without my data turned on any more than normal , can you please look into this

Hi @frick, we can only see how much data has been used, not what it’s been used on. If you’d like to check how your data has been used, your phone may have a data monitoring feature where you can check.

On Android devices, it’s usually under Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data usage. Scroll down and tap any app to see its historic data usage.

iPhone devices will only show you the total data used by an app in its lifetime, or at least since the last time you reset the counter.
