Debt collectors chasing, never contacted by iD, switching email said £0 owed

I was out of contract, cancelled online and got an email stating final bill will be £0

2 months later get contacted by debt collectors chasing outstanding debt. Never been contacted by ID for any money and impossible to actually speak to anyone. Online chat is permanently unavailable

Have you tried using the iD social media channels for support @Mel429128?

You can contact iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM.

Customer service might be slower than usual @Mel429128, because apparently there’s an ongoing problem with the iD mobile network, which could cause lots of support requests.
