Ordered a new monthly contract (including new handset) yesterday. Email said order would be accepted or rejected within 24Hrs. I’ve not recieved one.
How long should I be waiting? In case they reject my request, I’d appreciate more time to pursue alternatives. Being left in limbo has me waiting empty-handed and without a promise of a new phone and contract.
When should I worry its taking too long?
Any help and/or clarification would be appreciated.
