Can anyone help, I'm trying to switch my old number from Vodafone but keep getting details incorrect message

This is a public forum, and members of the iD community can’t look at any customer accounts @Owl.1867.

I’d suggest contacting the iD social media customer support team privately @Owl.1867, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), so they can assist with your PAC from Vodafone. 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Please could you try the port form again with the surname in all caps and making sure the transaction number begins with a “4”?
