My partner and I both signed up to iD at the same timeĀ and there have been 3 payments taken from our account not 2! How do we cancel the right one or do we just cancel all 3?

You can find out the date/s of direct debit on your bank, then match these date/s to the first email/s, which tell you the date/s of your first bill/s and will also give you productĀ info, on the hanset/s make and model/s
