Direct debit not actioned and account suspended

For the 2nd month in a row, my direct debit has not been actioned and I’ve received a very blunt text message advising that my account has been suspended.

I changed banks a couple of months ago and used the app to update my direct debit details.  I received multiple texts and multiple letters in the post advising that DD details had been changed and if I had not done that, then to get in touch.  Following that my next payment did not go through via DD and my account was suspended.  I paid the bill, used the app again to set up the DD and yet today, the exact same thing has happened.  What is going on, why is my DD instruction not being actioned?  If this carry’s on then I won’t be staying with ID Mobile, it’s not worth the hassle.
