My discount code that's been emailed to me will not work at checkout?

Can you confirm which discount code it is and what you are trying to purchase?

Some codes don’t work on SIM only contract.

Its IDM10OFF which I keep getting emails to use on my upgrade for my monthly contract upgrade to an iPhone

The offer code “IDM10OFF” is only for new customers, not upgrades, sorry about that.
