Do not wish to auto renew.

 

How can I ensure that I do not auto-renew on my contract?

 

When will last payment be debited?

 

I do not know my ID Mobile number, as I use another providers SIM.

Provide ID Mobile with 30 days notice of cancellation.

You will get a final bill, it will tell you on there.

I suggest that you find out what it is and make a note of it, you’re going to need it. Speak with a Live Agent on the link below and they should be able to provide you with your ID Mobile number.
