Hi @Keith Slater Hendry,

When you click the link a pop-up should show to allow you to launch Live Chat.

Once you click the pop-up Live Chat should show in the bottom right of the screen.

I’ve tried the link above for live chat but it doesn’t work, is there a link I can issue to get to live chat?
