My dad's Doro 7060 on id mobile suddenly lost connection today - we've been with id mobile for 2 years with no issues, the phone was working this morning and now has no network connection. We've tried searching in the phone settings to reconnect but it hasn't worked. Customer service were very unhelpful and I don't stay nearby to be able to look at the phone myself- any suggestions? It just seems strange that it worked fine earlier in the day. Thank you!
