DPD delivered my phone to the wrong address over a week ago and iD mobile won’t do anything about it.

My phone was due for delivery on the 26th May and was delivered to the wrong address, I filed a complaint on the same day and was told they’d get back to me. Almost a week later i’m sat here WITHOUT my new phone and a contract that I have to pay for. I contacted on Thursday 2nd June and was told i’d be contacted on Friday, Friday comes around and nothing so i’m told to wait 24 hours to be contacted and it’s now sunday absolutely nothing. Absolutely useless company, I need a replacement asap.
