Just one suggestion, use another courier!

DPD have the worst reputation here. They hardly ever deliver on the 1st day, instead they skip us & say nobody was home while the customers are stuck waiting at home.

The driver is almost always rude as well.

I’m sorry you feel this way about our chosen courier.

 

We use Royal Mail for SIM only orders and for orders with a device we’d use DPD with whom we don’t encounter many issues with.
