DPD delivery returned to Curry’s

My new phone was due to be delivered yesterday at 1pm. I tracked it but could see that the driver was miles away all day. At 9pm, despite me being at home, I saw on the tracking service that DPD claimed to have attempted to deliver and, having failed, were returning the phone to Curry’s.  There had been no attempted delivery, no ‘missed delivery’ card and no email offering any further attempts at delivery. I have heard nothing further from DPD, Curry’s or iD mobile but, of course, I am already being charged for the new phone. There doesn’t seem to be anyone I can contact other than through this community. I’d be grateful if someone could contact me with details of what happens next.

Okay @Bene Ramus, try using the iD Mobile online live chat to contact an iD agent.
The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Otherwise, get in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer service team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) for assistance with your order.
