DPD lost my phone delivery

Please help. Just spent 1 hour on text chat and totally frustrated. All I want to understand is when I will receive delivery of my phone and all i know is that you will investigate.

I am totally frustrated and disappointed as a new customer, please recover this and bring back the excitement I had when I signed up.
