Hi, its says on my ID app that I am eligbile for an upgrade in June 2023 but my phone is getting quite faulty now and will cost the same to fix it as to pay off the rest of my contract. Is there any way I can pay the remaining payments then upgrade before June?

I want to know this too!! My daughters phone has broken and her birthday is in March but my update isn’t due til April, so would like to pay it off early and get her a new one for her birthday.

Unfortunately we don’t offer early upgrades, however the date that you see is the earliest date that you can upgrade.
The upgrade date is usually 60 days before your minimum term depending on the type of contract that you currently have.
