EE PAC code for family package

Hi All,

I am bit lost here that how it will work.

My husband had a sim contract with ee and took out two more sims under his sim as family. We he got PAC code ee gave one PAC code for all three.

Now situation is that my husband old number transferred on id mobile network but mine and my brother in law number is not transferred.

help from the management will be highly appreciated.

Hi @Kate 92 

 

All plans would need to have their numbers ported over individually with separate PAC numbers for each phone number you want to bring over, I’d recommend contacting EE to issue separate PAC codes for each number then porting via the port form.
